Comes in with discomfort from hanging breasts. Back pain, Rashes under the breast and finds it difficult to exercise. 14E cup on presentation and wants to go down to a D cup.

Mother of 2 children, 12 & 14 years old.

Operation:

  • Medial pedicle breast reduction
  • VASER liposuction on the lateral breast rolls.

Breast tissue removed:

  • Right Side: 298g
  • Left Side: 320g

FAT removed from side with liposuction:

  • Right: 200ml
  • Left: 200ml

Post Operative result: D Cup breast
